This just began this evening. And I'm suspecting I did something when I laid down in the bath earlier..not sure. But when I turn my head to the right (and only the right), I hear and feel; for that matter, clicking/popping noise. Its either at the base of my skull or at the top of my neck, I can't exactly pinpoint it. My neck feels stiff and so does the muscles between my shoulders.

Some people find it weird that whenever they move their heads, they hear a crunching sound in neck. Some think the crackling sound in neck comes from the back of the head where it meets the neck. Others think it comes from the sides or the bottom of the head.It is associated to Bronchiectas, which is my conditions, but obviously could be something else. It's an indication of a medical problem. See your doctor straight away, get a referral to consultant. If it is Bronchiectasis only a CT can properly diagnose it.
